Seeq is a startup founded in 2013 and we’ve built an analytics platform for manipulating and visualizing time-series data. Think data that streams in over time from sensors, such as temperature or pressure, during a manufacturing process. Seeq connects to that data and help find insights and solve problems.
This blog is from the developers at Seeq, aka Geeq (since all good things end in a “q” and need to rhyme). Some posts will be about software and design that come from our experience with time-series data and the process of moving from a monolith Java backend and AngularJS single-page app to a cloud-ready microservice built on many technologies. However, you’ll also find posts about what we’ve done to create a great culture as a fully distributed team spanning the glob (such as our remote office, Qube, that we built).
